Acceptance is ultimately at each court’s discretion, so we always encourage participants to verify with their specific court or probation officer before enrolling.

Yes. All group sessions and the one-on-one intake appointment are held live on Zoom. There is no in-person attendance requirement — attend from anywhere in California.

A one-time $70 intake fee covers registration, your intake assessment, materials, dashboard access, and certificate processing. Group sessions are $30 each, billed per class. Private 1-on-1 sessions are $199. There are no hidden fees — see our pricing page for full details.

It depends on what your court ordered. Common requirements are 12, 26, or 52 classes. Classes meet weekly, so a 12-class program takes about three months — check your court order for your exact requirement.

Your certificate of completion is generated automatically when you finish your required number of classes. You can download it from your participant dashboard or have us send it directly to your court, probation officer, or attorney through the report-request process ($20 court / $10 attorney or probation processing).

Yes — eligible participants can receive same-day proof of enrollment after completing the required enrollment and intake steps. Learn more on our certificate page.

No. Zinco Court Classes provides anger management education only. If your court order requires a 52-week batterer’s intervention program under PC 1203.097, or a parenting course, those are different programs from anger management — read your order carefully and see our PC 1203.097 guide. Our intake screens for this so you don’t enroll in the wrong class.

Each participant has one same-day reschedule credit per program. After that, missed classes generally require attending an additional session to make up the credit.

Yes, subject to our refund policy. Full refunds are typically possible before any classes have been attended; partial refunds may apply after intake; refunds after attending classes are reviewed case-by-case.

Reports are typically processed within 48 business hours after payment is received. Court reports are mailed, and faxed when permitted.
