A Discreet Anger Management Provider for Your Reputation-Sensitive Clients

When a client needs anger management handled quietly and documented cleanly, you need a provider who is credentialed, fast, and discreet. That’s what we do.

CAAMP Provider ID CA-AM-2024
Private one-on-one option
NDA on request
Same-day proof of enrollment
Verifiable court-ready certificate

Zinco Court Classes is a CAAMP-approved California anger management provider offering live online classes, including a private one-on-one format. For a client whose exposure is a liability, we deliver the class discreetly and give you documentation your court will recognize — proof of enrollment the same day, and a verifiable certificate on completion.

Why counsel refers clients to us

  • Discretion by default. We don’t confirm or discuss a client’s participation with anyone the client hasn’t authorized, and private clients are never placed in a group.
  • NDA on request. If your client wants our confidentiality commitment in writing, we’ll sign a non-disclosure agreement before enrollment.
  • Sessions aren’t recorded. Private sessions are live on Zoom, one participant per session, and not recorded by Zinco.
  • Speed before a hearing. Eligible participants can obtain same-day proof of enrollment after intake — often exactly what a judge wants to see before the next date.
  • Documentation that verifies. Every completion certificate carries a unique ID and a QR/verification link, so the court or clerk can confirm it independently.
  • You can coordinate it. Set up and manage enrollment on your client’s behalf; we’ll work with your office directly.
  • Length matched to the order. We fit the number of sessions to what the order specifies, in hours or weeks.

What we provide — and what we don’t

So you can advise your client accurately:

  • Anger management education, group or private one-on-one, live online statewide — not clinical therapy and not legal services.
  • Not a Batterer’s Intervention Program (BIP) under PC §1203.097, and not a DV or parenting program. A 52-week family-violence order generally requires a certified BIP; we’ll say so rather than take a placement we can’t properly serve.
  • We don’t represent that any specific court will accept a given format. Acceptance of a private or online format is case-by-case; you or your client should confirm it with the court. We provide accurate, verifiable documentation of what the client actually completed.

Documentation you can hand the court

Proof of enrollment — issued same-day after intake; shows the client is enrolled and for how many sessions.
Certificate of completion — issued on completion; includes the program, sessions completed, dates, the CAAMP provider line, an authorized signature, a unique certificate ID, and a QR/verification link.

Anonymous enrollment is available to voluntary, non-court private clients: we don’t verify identity, and records are issued to a participant ID rather than a name. It is not available for court-referred clients — we verify identity for court-facing documentation, so the court receives documents that carry your client’s verified name.

Fees: private one-on-one at $99/hour, or the standard live group program at $70 intake + $30 per class. Both yield the same court-ready certificate.

Refer a client, confidentially

Call the direct line or use the contact page. Tell us the order’s length and your timeline; we’ll handle the rest quietly and keep you in the loop.

Attorney FAQ

Can I enroll and manage the class on my client’s behalf?

Yes. Attorneys regularly set up and coordinate enrollment for a client and receive the documentation directly, with the client’s authorization.

How quickly can my client show the court they’ve started?

Eligible participants can obtain same-day proof of enrollment after completing intake — viewable and printable immediately — which is often what a court wants before the next date.

Is a private, one-on-one format accepted by California courts?

Many courts accept a private one-on-one and live-online format, but acceptance is decided case by case. Confirm the required format and length with the court before enrolling. Zinco provides verifiable documentation of completion; it does not guarantee any court’s acceptance.

My client has a 52-week family-violence order. Can you serve it?

Generally no — a 52-week family-violence order usually requires a certified Batterer’s Intervention Program (BIP) under PC §1203.097, which is different from anger management. We’ll tell you directly rather than take a placement we can’t properly fill.

How discreet is this?

Private clients are never in a group, and we don’t confirm or discuss a client’s participation with anyone they haven’t authorized. Public court records are outside our control, which is one reason counsel often coordinates enrollment directly.

Will Zinco sign an NDA?

Yes, on request. We’ll sign a non-disclosure agreement before your client enrolls.

Can my client enroll anonymously?

A voluntary, non-court client can: we don’t verify identity, and records and the completion certificate are issued to a participant ID rather than a name. A court-referred client cannot, because court-facing documents must carry a verified name.

Zinco Court Classes provides anger management education, not legal advice. Acceptance of any class for a court order depends on the court and county; confirm requirements with the court or supervising agency before enrolling. Zinco does not provide BIP services under PC §1203.097.
