Information for Courts, Probation & Attorneys
Zinco Court Classes is a California anger management education provider delivering live, online classes to participants statewide. We are a CAAMP-approved provider (CAAMP Provider ID: CA-AM-2024). This page is for court staff, probation officers, and attorneys who need to verify a participant, understand the documentation we issue, or refer a client. For anything case-specific, call (626) 239-6371 or email info@zincocourtclasses.com.
What we provide
Live, instructor-led anger management classes delivered online over Zoom to participants anywhere in California. Participants attend the number of classes their court order or supervising agency requires. Each class is one hour of live instruction. We issue same-day proof of enrollment and a verifiable certificate of completion.
What we do not provide
So there is no confusion about scope, our program is anger management education only. It is not:
- a Batterer’s Intervention Program (BIP) under California Penal Code §1203.097;
- a domestic-violence, parenting, substance-abuse, or co-parenting program;
- individualized legal advice or a legal service of any kind.
A 52-week family-violence order generally requires a certified BIP, which is a different program type than anger management. If you are placing someone under a 52-week or domestic-violence order, please confirm the required program type before referring them to us — anger management education may not satisfy that order. When in doubt, check the participant’s court order or ask the supervising agency.
Documentation we issue
We issue two distinct documents. They are not interchangeable:
| Document | What it shows | When it is issued |
|---|---|---|
| Proof of enrollment | That the participant has registered and completed intake, and the number of classes they are enrolled for. | Same day, after the participant completes enrollment and the intake step. The participant can view and print it from their dashboard. |
| Certificate of completion | The participant’s name, the program and number of sessions completed, start and completion dates, delivery format, the CAAMP provider line, an authorized signature, a unique certificate ID, and a QR/verification link. | After the participant completes the full number of classes their order requires. |
Acceptance of any certificate or program is always at the discretion of the court or supervising agency. We present participants with accurate, verifiable documentation; we do not represent that any specific court will accept it.
How to verify a certificate
- Locate the unique certificate ID and the QR/verification link printed on the certificate.
- Scan the QR code or open the verification link to confirm the certificate’s details against our records.
- If you cannot scan or open the link, call (626) 239-6371 or email info@zincocourtclasses.com with the certificate ID and we will confirm it.
Matching a court order
Orders are usually written either in hours (for example, 12 hours) or in weeks (for example, 26 weeks). Because each of our classes is one hour of live instruction, an order written in hours maps directly to that number of classes, and an order written in weeks maps to that number of weekly classes. If an order is ambiguous, we ask the participant to confirm the exact requirement with the court or probation officer rather than guess. We do not decide what a given order requires — that is the court’s to specify.
Fees
Group classes: a $70 one-time intake fee plus $30 per class. The intake fee includes registration, lesson materials, dashboard access, proof of enrollment, and certificate processing — there are no separate charges for books or the certificate. Worked examples:
- 12 hours (12 classes): $70 + 12 × $30 = $430
- 26 weeks (26 classes): $70 + 26 × $30 = $850
- 52 weeks (52 classes): $70 + 52 × $30 = $1,630
Private one-on-one sessions are available at $99 per hour.
If your office needs a progress or attendance update on a participant, contact us and we will tell you what we can provide and any applicable fee and turnaround.
Referring a participant
You can refer a client simply by directing them to zincocourtclasses.com to enroll, or by calling us. Classes are delivered online, so we serve participants in all 58 California counties; we do not operate a physical office that participants attend in person. Spanish-speaking participants can take the program in Spanish — see clases en español.

Frequently asked by courts and probation
Is Zinco a court-approved anger management provider?
We are a CAAMP-approved provider (CAAMP Provider ID: CA-AM-2024). California does not maintain a single statewide “approved provider” list for anger management, so acceptance is determined by the individual court or supervising agency. We recommend confirming with the court when acceptance is in question.
Is this the same as a 52-week batterer’s program?
No. This is anger management education, not a certified Batterer’s Intervention Program under PC §1203.097. A 52-week family-violence order generally requires a certified BIP. Confirm the required program type before referring.
How fast can a participant show they have started?
Eligible participants can obtain same-day proof of enrollment after completing intake, viewable and printable from their dashboard.
How do we confirm a certificate is genuine?
Every certificate carries a unique ID and a QR/verification link. Scan or open it, or contact us with the certificate ID.
